Programme cost

FVSN, a not-for-profit non-governmental organization, is proud to offer all of the services and volunteering programs at a very affordable price compared to other organizations of its kind. We remain devoted to maintaining both the quality of the programmes and the safety of all volunteers involved. However, we levy the volunteers minimum charge for the administrative procedures and some for their lodging and food.
Our programme costs are most affordable and the cheapest while comparing to other institutions working in Nepal. However, it is also flexible and negotiable on the basis of the types of programmes and duration of your stay. The programme costs are reviewed every July to adjust the inflation rates.
To book a volunteer placement with us, you should deposit $100. This amount is for processing your application; pre departure support and to ensure your arrival at FVSN and NOT deductible from program fees. We only accept payment once you are accepted for the programme.

If you wish to work for more than one placement, then you are required to pay $100 extra to cover our extra logistic expense.

We accept only cash, (if you wish to transfer, there will be 5.5% extra cost to cover transfer fees). You can also pay in USD, Sterling Pounds and Australian dollars. Please do not lose value of your money twice changing your currency in your country.
